West Mercia Supplies offer a “one stop shop” approach to energy procurement and management. We run contracts on behalf of our four owning authorities and a number of outside bodies. The contracts cover Electricity, Natural Gas and Petroleum Fuels.
All bills are received at WMS from the supplier for validation prior to processing and onward charging to the individual sites. A website facility is available to customers enabling them to provide their own readings for gas and electricity. Tailor made energy consumption reports are available for large users, helping them to manage their energy usage. The website has recently been developed to make recording readings simpler, and further developments are planned for 2006.
West Mercia Supplies also provides a Siteworks service for the provision of new energy supplies. This service is managed in conjunction with our suppliers.
