Following a full EU tender exercise, a new contract has been awarded for the supply of photocopiers and multi-functional products.
WMS has awarded the contract to three different companies to allow you, the customer, to decide which company and product range can best meet your photocopying needs

What Do I Do Now?
You need to identify when your current photocopier arrangement expires. If you have your existing machine with WMS and you are not sure when the agreement expires, please contact us for details. If you have a contract with another supplier, they will be able to provide this information.
Approximately 8 weeks prior to the expiry of your current arrangement you should contact our new suppliers who will arrange to visit and talk through the options available. They will provide you with a no obligation quotation based on our agreed contract with them.
When you have decided which machine and which of the approved suppliers you wish your contract to be with, you will be given an order form to complete. The supplier will send details of the order to WMS and liase with you to ensure that your new machine is installed at a time and date convenient to you.
Centralised Invoicing
WMS will continue to handle all invoices centrally. WMS staff will receive a group bill for all sites from each supplier and this will be thoroughly checked before any charges are raised on your account.
